Are you an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Australian real estate? Join a dynamic team supporting top Sales Executives in staying organized, managing transactions, and closing deals efficiently.
What You’ll Do
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update databases (VaultRE, Nurturecloud, Corelogic, etc.).
Sales Support: Prepare listing documents, pre-list kits, and vendor reports.
Marketing Assistance: Create social media posts and marketing materials.
Client Communications: Manage emails and correspondence for agents.
Prospecting & Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients when required.
General Admin Tasks: Support agents with various sales-related admin duties.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 1-2 years of experience in an Australian real estate admin role.
Familiarity with real estate CRMs like VaultRE, Corelogic, Pricefinder, etc.
Excellent written and spoken English—you’ll be handling professional communications.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google/Microsoft tools.
Highly organized & detail-oriented—you’ll be handling contracts and reports.
Sales-oriented mindset—ability to assist with prospecting/cold calling is a plus!

Are you an experienced Property Management Assistant with a strong background in Australian real estate? Join a fast-paced team, supporting property managers with leasing, tenant management, and daily admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Database & Lease Management: Enter invoices, properties, and tenant details into systems.
Lease Renewals & Listings: Process lease renewals, list available properties, and manage applications.
Tenant & Rent Management: Follow up on rent arrears and assist with tenant communications.
Maintenance Coordination: Log and track maintenance requests.
Scheduling & Inspections: Organize routine inspections and support property managers.
General Admin Tasks: Provide additional support as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 1-2 years of experience in Australian property management support.
Familiarity with industry tools like PropertyMe, PropertyTree, VaultRE, IRE, TICA, etc.
Strong attention to detail – Accuracy in data entry and lease processing is essential.
Excellent English communication skills – Professional and clear client interactions.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google/Microsoft Workspace tools.
Highly organized & proactive – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
